This is a support group for people who have heart disease and their families. We are ex-heart patients who work with the HELP cardiac nurses to organise talks and social events.

We work in partnership with a local charity, The Family Project, based in the heart of Wood End. You can find us there every Wednesday from 10-12. If you would like to meet a fun, friendly group and maybe try your hand at a range of activities, then do get in touch.

An 8 week course for Coventry residents who want to change how they feel about food and weight in a supportive environment. This teaches an approach called Health at Every Size which recognises that healthy people come in all shapes and sizes.
